- Carrots, Beetroot, Ginger, Apple. Orange and Celery are great source of vitamins that juice well.
- carrots, bananas (even though they're gross), apples, any kind of berry, citrus fruits... i like to add ginger to smoothies- gives it a nice kick and is great for the stomach. plain or lowfat fruit yogurt is also great to add to a smoothie for the calcium, etc.
- Just buy V8 they are filled with vitamin's and the way they mix it it's delicious
- They're all good. Adding carrot to any fruit juice is a good vitamin boost. Just remember to drink your juice very fresh - juices lose vitamins super fast once after the fruit's been pulverized!
