  1. YES!! All food has calories. It depends on what kind. Some drinks don't, because liquids don't necessarily need calories. But all solid matter has calories!! Even Iceberg Lettuce, which is mostly water, still has calories.

  3. I heard they have carbs but not really calories.
  4. Everything you eat has calories.
  5. There are a few vegetables that have negative calories, such as celery. Which means that your body works harder to digest the celery, rather than it does when you simply swallow it. In other words, celery is about 5 calories, but you burn more calories simply by digesting it. If there is any other type of food you want to research, go to the link. It is very helpful! http://www.calorieconnect.com/

  8. All foods have calories. Calories in food is what you gives you energy. Regarding fresh vegetables, calories is not an issue. The body readily and quickly metabolizes these calories because the building proteins in vegetables resembles our own found in the building blocks of our cells. God made it that way when he formed man. God also created every seed bearing fruit, and vegetables that grow from the ground. God made man from the dust of the earth (the ground). See Genesis chapter 2 and 3. The darker the veggie, the more benefits. Notwithstanding, chose an array of colorful vegetables. They're all wonderful. Again, don't worry about calories in vegetables. Be more concerned with the calories in empty foods such as: microwave TV dinners, manufactured packaged food, cookies, pies and ice cream. These foods have lot's of calories, lots of fat, and with it - one will gain lots of weight. :)
  9. I know they have carbs..
