vegetables???
why do we as humans not eat veggies for breakfast? The only thing I can think of that they are in are eggs and the occasional breakfast burrito. Anyone know of anything else that they are in, or why we don't use more of these healthy items in our every morning diets?

- I eat vegetables for breakfast. I think many people eat them for breakfast. Maybe you're not around many vegetarians. Im talking about a breakfast that does not include eggs or omelettes. Just a bunch of vegetables along with a cup of soy milk.
- some people have tomato juice for breakfast or a v8 which is good source of vegetables. a good omelet with lots of veggies is a good source. i think there is a lot of choices your not looking at them as veggies.
- I eat Wheaties with mixed veggies and water... No, really I crave sweet foods like pancakes or french toast in the mornings.. Veggies just don't sound good with any breakfast I can think of..
- You would be surprised that this custom of not eating vegetables at dinner was more the likely started by the cereal industry. In asia and other places such as China and India, its perfectally normal to eat vegetables at breakfast. There is no reason why you cant enjoy a nice breakfast veggie drink such as V'8,CARROT JUICE OR OTHER VEGGIE JUICES,load up an omlette with veggies or even enjoy a salad or soup...
- I guess it's all in the programming. I personally eat some veggies for breakfast ( carrots, steamed broccoli or corn) along with my cereal, milk and fruits.
