Nutrition???
I know this might sound like a FAQ but I can really use some help on this.... I play Tennis about 3 hrs aweek, but I'm doing a lot of intense training to catch up with other players, so can I get some notes on the hydration and the nutrition I should get before playing?

- drink LOTS of water before during and after training!! take some snack breaks.. eat a health bar or protien bar..fruit is good too(especially bananas!!) im not a nutricionist so i cant help you but dont go on a diet!!!!! if you feel even a bit light-headed or dizzy, stop and take a break.. stroke or naseau is bad; dont wanna overwork your body. good luck^^
